Indeed, one could qualify the noise pollution situation in Vietnam as extremely serious.
For example, constant vehicle honking and music played at outrageously high volume not only pose severe health hazards but also negatively impact productivity.

Unfortunately, in our so-called modern and industrial societies, loud noises can be heard more often than not.
For instance, there is a high probability of hearing a loud noise on a construction site where a great deal of heavy machinery is actively present.
3. Do you like to live in a noisy place?
There are both advantages and disadvantages in living in a noisy environment.
On the one hand, background noise signifies activity and this both energizes and motivates me.
On the other hand, when night falls, the noise can prevent restful sleep.
4. Do you think there is more noise today than in the past?
I would agree with the statement that, as far as we are aware, there is more noise in present-day societies than in past ones.
In my opinion the turning point was the Industrial Revolution, which resulted in great technological advancement and therefore increased the usage of noisy machines in our everyday lives.
5. Do you like to go to places where there are a lot of people?
Unfortunately, I am claustrophobic and thus do not like to visit crowded places.
Whenever I am in a situation in which I am exposed to a large group people anxiety and fear sweep over me and make both movement and communication virtually impossible.
6. What would you do if your neighbors were noisy all the time?
A situation in which my neighbors were to be constantly noisy would not be tolerated.
This type of antagonizing noise pollution constitutes a crime punishable by Law and therefore my solution would be to call the Police.
