  • ability /ə'biliti/
the fact that somebody / something able to do something
(n): Khả năng
Example: The system has the ability to run more than one program at the same time
  • apply /ə'plai/
to make a formal request, usually in writing, for something such as a job, a place at college, university
(v): Xin việc, tim việc
Example: You should apply in person / by letter
  • background /'bækgraund/
the details of a person's familly, education, experience
(n): Lý lịch, kinh nghiệm
Example: The job would suit someone with a business background
  • be ready for N/A

slow to speak or act because you feel uncertain

to give something to somebody, especially formally at a ceremony
